Rick McPhee is a small general contractor who has lived and worked in the Spokane area for more than 30 years. He can help you with almost any project you can think of to improve your home or property. Decks, covered patios, porch steps, excavation, foundations, custom concrete, home additions, bathroom remodels — he can handle it. He delivers quality work for a fair price, making sure every job is done right.

When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife of 40 years, his two sons, and his grandchildren.

Rick is licensed and insured in the state of Washington. He sometimes hires subcontractors to complete portions of projects. Any subcontractors hired by Rick are also appropriately licensed and insured.
